The New Industry Standard

The MARINI MASTER TOWER takes hot mix asphalt production to a new level. Low emissions and energy consumption make this the most efficient plant in the world. Recycling ability is increased to achieve 100% addition of Recycled Asphalt Plannings (rap) making it the most sustainable plant in operation.

Low Emissions 

All emitted particles, as well as blue smoke, are sent back to the virgin dryer drum and introduced just behind the flame of the burner. This process helps to significantly decrease the emissions into the atmosphere.

Next Generation Drying Process 

The simplification of all the parts that generate heat combined with a single burner system significantly reduces energy consumption with no impact on performance.
